Welcome to Abasare, a mobile app that helps users hire nearby drivers when they are unable or prefer not to drive. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using Abasare, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Abasare app. By using the app, you represent that you are eligible and that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the app, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in illegal or abusive behavior.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use Abasare only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Misuse or attempt to disrupt the service
• Use the service to commit any illegal activity
• Harass, abuse, or harm another user or driver
• Impersonate another person or provide false identity

5. Payments

Abasare may charge users for services offered by drivers. By using the app, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Payment details are handled securely within the app.

Note: Drivers are independent service providers. Abasare facilitates connections but is not responsible for driver behavior or performance.

6. Driver Terms

Drivers using the app must:

• Provide valid documents (e.g. driver's license, national ID)
• Drive responsibly and respectfully
• Not operate under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Maintain the privacy of users

Abasare reserves the right to deactivate driver accounts for misconduct, low ratings, or non-compliance.

7. Location Access

To connect users with nearby drivers, the app requires access to your real-time location. You can manage this permission in your device settings. If you disable location access, certain features may not work properly.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology within the app and website are owned or licensed by Abasare. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Illegal activity
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior

You may also choose to delete your account at any time.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability or functionality
• That the service is free from bugs or errors
• That interactions with drivers or users will be risk-free

Use the service at your own discretion and risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abasare is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Personal injury or property damage arising from driver or user interactions
• Delays, service interruptions, or unauthorized access to your data

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website or app. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Rwanda.
